Responsibilities:
- Attend to enquiries on disciplinary process / complaints.
- Draft letters and attend to correspondence.
- Maintain database and update records on various processes of complaints involved.
- Liaise with external solicitors and any third parties.
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
- Handle all other matters as directed by the management.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Minimum SPM and above. Preferably with some working experience.
- Possess a cheerful and friendly disposition with good communication skills. Must be able to communicate well at all levels.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (both oral and written). Knowledge of additional languages such as Mandarin (or other Chinese dialects) and Tamil is an added advantage.
- Able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision, and have a good sense of responsibility.
- Able to travel.
- Preferably with own transport.
- Able to commence work immediately.
