The West Coast Charity Night 2007 will kick off tonight
7.30pm in the States of Johore, Malacca, Kuala Lumpur and Perak simultaneously!
The last call for members’ support to the Charity Night is mandatory.
Participation to such a historical event will be a priceless commemorative
plague to remember.
If the members can’t attend the Charity Night, kindly show your moral support by
purchasing invitation ticket(s) of which the net proceeds will be donated to the
desired charity organisations respectively.
Updates from Johore Young Lawyers Committee (JYLC)
It is a perfect idea for all Johore Bar members and their guests to have fun
while contributing to Johore Cheshire Home.
The JYLC is thrilled to announce that DJ of the Charity Night is young lawyer -
Lim Hsien Loong (famously known as DJ Longan). Dennis Yan Heen Khiong graciously
lends the expensive sound equipment and players for a good cause. The duo has
gathered classic British pop and rock music to entertain the guests throughout
the Charity Night. DJ Longan vows that such fresh music and CDJ mixture can only
be heard at this Night and nowhere else in Johore Bahru. Come and enjoy the play
of composition!
Further, the JYLC has prepared party packs and finger food for children as the
Charity Night welcomes everyone.
As for the highlights of the Fun Fiesta, the following games are packed in
the schedule to ensure your jubilation all night long:-
Ice Breaker;
Pairs Devil;
Calling Fun;
Drawing Madness;
Hi-Low Magnate;
Treasure Hunt;
Boat Race;
Balloons Fighter;
Auction; and
Lucky Draws.
Please call the Johore Bar Committee 07 2763888 for invitation ticket(s) @ RM
15-00 which are redeemable for food, drinks and games!! The tickets will also be
available at the reception counter during the Charity Night.
As at todate, the JYLC has sold ONLY 300 invitation tickets. Hence, greater
support is needed to make the Charity Night a success.
Your kind participation and contributions will create a better home for the
physical and mentally disabled residents at the Johore Cheshire Home.
