The International Malaysia Law Conference (“IMLC”) 2026 commenced its pre-conference activities on 27 Oct 2026 with the Delegate Pre-Registration and Welcome Cocktail Reception, held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at The Gallery, Level 1A, Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (“MITEC”), Kuala Lumpur.
The reception provided an opportunity for delegates comprising members of the legal fraternity from Malaysia and abroad to gather ahead of the Conference, which takes place from 28 to 30 Oct 2026.
The reception was also attended by the Keynote Speaker of IMLC 2026, The Right Honourable Lord David Neuberger of Abbotsbury, International Judge of the Singapore International Commercial Court and former President of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom (2012–2017). His Lordship’s attendance underscored the significance of IMLC 2026 as the flagship event of the Malaysian Bar and afforded delegates the opportunity to meet and engage with His Lordship ahead of the Conference.
The Delegate Pre-Registration and Welcome Cocktail Reception marked the beginning of an engaging and enriching Conference, bringing together legal professionals to share perspectives, strengthen professional ties and reflect on matters of significance to the legal profession.
