The Malaysian Bar’s International Malaysia Law Conference (“IMLC”) 2026 took place from 27 to 30 Oct 2026 at MITEC, Kuala Lumpur.

After two impactful conference days, speakers, moderators, and delegates of IMLC congregated at The Gallery, Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (“MITEC”), for a celebration dinner on 29 Oct 2026, the penultimate night of IMLC.
It was a lively and joyous occasion emceed by Abhilaash Subramaniam, advocate and solicitor. The President of the Malaysian Bar, Anand Raj, delivered an opening toast to kick-start the dinner, after which guests were treated to a sumptuous buffet of delicacies.
Guests were regaled with a wide array of entertainment throughout the dinner — from a live band performance to dance performances such as Zapin, Joget, and Poco-Poco. Sporting guests were seen joining performers on the dance floor, adding an air of lightness and congeniality to the celebrations. Notably, Abhilaash performed a duet with Justice Rohinton Fali Nariman (Rtd), Former Judge of the Supreme Court of India (2014–2021), to the beloved “Hey Jude” — ending the Celebration Dinner on a warm note.
