It is with great sadness that we record that Dato’ San Markan s/o Ganapathi, who was a consultant of Messrs M Kiru & Partners in Penang, passed away on 13 Apr 2026.
Dato’ San Markan s/o Ganapathi was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1978, and was among the top 2% of the most senior Members of the Malaysian Bar for the past several years.
The Malaysian Bar extends its heartfelt condolences and sympathies to his family members and loved ones.
