It is with great sadness that we record that Manjeet Singh Dhillon, who was the sole proprietor of Messrs Manjeet Singh Dhillon in Kuala Lumpur, passed away on 28 Oct 2024.
Manjeet Singh Dhillon was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1977. He was among the top 2% of the most senior Members of the Malaysian Bar for the past several years.
Manjeet Singh Dhillon has served as the President of the Malaysian Bar (1991/1992), Vice-President of the Malaysian Bar (1990/1991), and Secretary of the Malaysian Bar (1988/1989 and 1989/1990). He was a member of the Bar Council from March 1986 to March 1992 and March 2003 to 2004. He also served as the Chairperson of the Bar Council Legal Aid Scheme Committee (March 1990 to March 1991) and as the Chairperson of the Bar Council Professional Indemnity Insurance Committee (March 2003 to March 2004).
