It is with great sadness that we record that M Tharuma Ratnam, who was the sole proprietor of Messrs T.Ratnam & Co at Kuala Lumpur, passed away on 22 Dec 2025.
M Tharuma Ratnam was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2006, and was a Member of the Bar until 2025.
The Malaysian Bar extends its heartfelt condolences and sympathies to his family members and loved ones.
The wake service is currently being held today (23 Dec 2025) from 2:00 pm until 10:00 pm at Bliss Garden Memorial Park Shah Alam (Parlour 2), Jalan Setia Makmur U14/49, Section 14, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor.
The cortege will depart from the venue at 8:30 am tomorrow (24 Dec 2025), followed by a funeral service at 10:00 am at Loke Yew Hindu Crematorium, Jalan Loke Yew, Kuala Lumpur, and then a cremation.
