It is with great sadness that we record that Avtar Singh a/l Sukhdev Singh, who was a partner of Messrs A S Dhaliwal in Kuala Lumpur, passed away on 20 July 2025.
Avtar Singh a/l Sukhdev Singh was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1998.
