Dr Asugan gave an introduction on OSM and spoke briefly about music rights. He also introduced the panel for the Question–and–Answer session, which took place after both speakers presented. The panel consisted of Joseph, Ng Ya Na, and Jennifah bt Johari, both Directors of OSM, as well as Justin Johari b Azman, Legal Manager of Music Authors’ Copyright Protection (MACP).
The Question–and–Answer session was an interactive one with participants directing various questions to the panel, moderated by the Chairperson of IPC, Suaran Singh. Positive feedback was received for this event, with many showing interest in media law.
