CHAPTER 15 SYARIAH PRACTITIONERS:: 15.01. Syariah Practitioner who is not an Advocate and Solicitor
A Syariah Practitioner shall not be a sole proprietor, a partner, a consultant
or a legal assistant of a law firm, unless he is also an Advocate and Solicitor
and holds a valid practising certificate.
