(1) On completion of pupillage, a pupil ceases to be a pupil. Accordingly,
whilst he can continue to work with his master, he cannot appear in court on
behalf of his master and cannot hold himself out as a pupil.
(2) A pupil who has been granted a privilege of restricted audience under
Section 36 of the Act must identify himself as a pupil while exercising such
privilege, and any court order obtained by such pupil shall describe him as a
pupil.
(3) A pupil who has been granted a privilege of restricted audience under
Section 36 of the Act in one State is not required to apply for the same in
another State.
(4) A pupil can hold a watching brief in any court in which he / she has a right
of audience.
