The Conveyancing Practice Committee has prepared an information sheet relating to the motion, proposed for consideration at tomorrow’s 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM), calling for the repeal of Rule 52(c) of the Legal Profession (Practice and Etiquette) Rules 1978. If you are a registered user of the Malaysian Bar website, you may click here to access the information sheet. Copies of the information sheet will be distributed at the AGM tomorrow. Members of the Bar are urged to make every effort to attend the AGM so that issues affecting the profession can be effectively discussed by as many Members as possible. |
