High Court's delay in issuance of Practising Certificates

In late November, the High Court was slow in issuing and returning Members' Practising Certificates (PCs) to the Secretariat. As a result, there is a backlog of PCs still pending at the Court. Please click here to read Circular 351/2009, issued by George Varughese, the Secretary of the Malaysian Bar, on this matter.
