 The Bar Council has decided at its meeting on 7 November 2009 (Saturday), to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting. Details are as follows:

The EGM will deliberate on matters pertaining to, amongst others, the manner in which the courts are dealing with the fixing and postponement of cases. The BC is in the midst of drafting its motion for the EGM and the relevant notice will be issued shortly.
