A conference presented by the IBA Arbitration Committee and supported by the IBA European Regional Forum
Dear Colleague, Following the success of our recent Arbitration conferences in New York and Dubai where we respectively welcomed 600 and 400 delegates, I am pleased to inform you that 13th International Arbitration Day conference will be taking place in London, England on 4-5 March 2010. BOOK BEFORE 22 JANUARY TO RECEIVE THE EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEE This event, a 'must-attend' in the international arbitration calendar, is an excellent chance to join leading international practitioners in exploring the multifaceted topic of due process: It is the foundation of every arbitration. What are its requirements, does it apply equally in all legal cultures, and how does it influence the course of an arbitration? Topics include:
