(1) A non-graduate articled clerk shall take Part I and Part II of the Intermediate Examination in the second and third year of his articles respectively.
(2) A non-graduate articled clerk shall take Part I and Part II of the Final Examination in the fourth and fifth year of his articles respectively.
(3) A graduate articled clerk shall take the examinations at such times as the Board may decide.
(4) An articled clerk shall complete the Intermediate Examination within six years and the Final Examination within ten years of the commencement of his articles or such further period as the Board may allow except that no articled clerk shall be allowed to take any examination in any subject for more than three occasions.
(5) No articled clerk shall be eligible to sit for the Final Examination until he has passed the Intermediate Examination.
(6) The Board may exempt an articled clerk who is taking the Intermediate or the Final Examination from examination in such subjects as it thinks fit.
