It has been over 18 months since the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre of Arbitration (KLRCA) had a new director, Sundra Rajoo - a former lawyer, chartered arbitrator, architect and town planner. Rajoo has ambitions to make Malaysia an arbitration hub, for which he has been working to bring KLRCA up to international standards. He tells The Edge Financial Daily's Raina Ng of the centres progress in an email interview.
