KUALA LUMPUR: The Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) has completed its probe into former Chief Justice of the Federal Court Tun Eusoff Chin’s holiday trip with lawyer V.K. Lingam in New Zealand.

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Nazri Abd Aziz, in his written reply to Wee Choo Keong (PKR–Wangsa Maju), said the investigation papers had been sent to the Attorney-General’s office for a decision and that the A-G was studying the case.

He said the ACA carried out the investigation following recommendations made by the Royal Commission into the V.K. Lingam video clip on corruption and abuse of power.

Both the police and ACA initiated investigations on the Royal Commission’s report.

On the appointment of judges, Nazri said the ACA has also completed investigations and the case was being studied by a senior federal counsel.
