KUALA LUMPUR: Businessman Loh Mui Fah has hinted that more surprises were in store if the complete recording of the V.K. Lingam video clip was shown.

Mui Fah, whose son Gwo Burne had recorded the clip, said more people may be incriminated besides former Chief Justice Tun Ahmad Fairuz Sheikh Abdul Halim.

“I won’t be surprised if there are more surprises,” he told The Star.

On Tuesday, Gwo Burne revealed that the video clip shown to the Royal Commission of Inquiry was only some 20% to 30% of what was recorded that night at the prominent lawyer’s house in December 2001.

However, Mui Fah refused to disclose names for security purposes.

“I am reluctant to go the full extent. I can cooperate (with the authorities) but what protection are they giving me?” he said.

What kind of game is this?

Why are these people not disclosing the whole video? Are they playing some cat and mouse game? Blackmail? Ransom? Hold you by your you know whats? Just disclose the whole video once and for all. The best way to secure his own safety is for Loh Mui Fah to make the video public. Unless the video incriminates himself, he should disclose it entirely. Because he has chosen not to disclose it from the beginning, I am left with suspicion toward his (and Anwar's) motives.
