PENANG: On Wednesday, 9 April 2008 the Chairman of the Penang Bar,
Mr Mureli
Navaratnam together with Ms Angeline Cheah, the Penang Bar Secretary and Chairman
of the Welfare Sub-Committee and Ms Selvi Neelakandan, the Executive Director paid
a visit to the office of Lim Kean Siew & Co. to meet with Ms Pamela Ong Siew Im to
hand over the Bar Council LawCare Fund’s cheque for the late
Mr Lim Kean Siew.
Ms
Ong, a senior member of the Penang Bar, having been admitted on 11 October 1963,
thanked the Bar Council and Penang Bar Committee for the cheque presented to
her.
