The Bar Council has been informed by Mr. Omar Bakhi Ahmad of M/s Omar Bakhi, that he has been adversely affected by the said notice due to the similarity between the two names. The Bar Council therefore wishes to clarify that as to date, Mr. Omar Bakhi of M/s Omar Bakhi holds a valid practising certificate and no disciplinary orders have been issued against him. of the Bar by the name of Mr. Umar Baki b Abdul Majid (NRIC: 480805-08-5765)
