After trying for just one day of getting our members to network with one another through the MBW's facebook, I now realise, and regrettably so, that that may not be the best way of getting around it simply because it is not possible to verify whether a user is a member of the Malaysian Bar.

So, my apologies for any inconvenience caused. But I must thank more than 150 members who added the MBW's facebook yesterday.

May I now suggest we do not following:

(1) for members who already have a facebook (fb) account, please click on this link to join the group "Malaysian Bar". Once you join, you will be able to link up to and add other members of the Bar. However, to assist me, please provide these details: 1. Name 2. Firm's Name 3. Gender 4. NRIC No. 5. Date of Admission 6. Address 7. Tel No. 8. Fax No.

(2) for members who do not have a fb account,  please click here to apply for an account first. Once you have set up an account, you can then follow step (1) above.

Please note that the group "Malaysian Bar" is currently only open to legal practitioners in Semanjung, Sabah and Sarawak.
