Internet Blackout Day:Repeal section 114A of the Evidence Act 1950

The Malaysian Bar website will participate in Internet Blackout Day on 14 Aug 2012 (Tuesday), in support of the initiative by the Centre for Independent Journalism to create awareness about the negative impact of the recently-introduced section 114A of the Evidence Act 1950.

As such, the Malaysian Bar website will not be operational tomorrow.
