The Bar Council and its staff, and the Malaysian Bar Webmaster (hereafter collectively the "MBC") are not in any wise whatsoever responsible for the contents of any messages and views expressed in this Forum. The views expressed herein do not represent the views or opinions of the MBC.

Moderated Forum

Members' postings in sections of the Forum which are moderated are subject to the approval of the Moderator who is also the Malaysian Bar Webmaster. The Moderator reserves his right to edit any posting or not to approve any posting for any reason whatsoever, and his decision is final.

Restrictions

Members who use this Forum must not post any material, which they know is untrue, defamatory, inaccurate, obscene, abusive, hateful, threatening, profane, harassing, vulgar, sexually oriented, invasive of a person's privacy or otherwise contrary to the law. Please practise netiquette at all times.

The Moderator reserves the right to ban any member from this Forum or edit or delete any message that is in breach of any of the Forum Rules or for any other reason whatsoever. The MBC also reserves its right to reveal your identity or any other information that it may know about you. In serious cases, the MBC may also refer such members' conduct to the Disciplinary Board for disciplinary action.

No advertisement, chain letters or solicitations can be posted in this Forum.

You will remain solely and singly responsible for any message posted and every member who uses this service agrees to indemnify the MBC and its agents with respect to any claim as a result of your posting the message.

The rules herein are subject to changes from time to time which shall take effect immediately upon the posting of the modified rules and thereafter references herein to "Forum Rules" shall include such modified terms and conditions. You agree to check this page every time you visit the Bar Forum for any update. If any of the modified terms and conditions is unacceptable to you, you must discontinue accessing the Bar Forum or post any message in it. Your use of and access to and/or continued use of and access to the Bar Forum following the posting of such modified terms and conditions shall be deemed that you have accepted all such changes without any reservation.

The Forum Rules also apply mutatis mutandis to members posting comments on any item on this Website, and are in addition to the Terms of Use which are deemed to have been incorporated into the Forum Rules and apply equally to the use of this Forum.
