1) Rohaizat b Othman (R/360)
Struck off the Roll by Order dated 7 March 2008. Appeal to the High Court dismissed with costs on 12 August 2008. Court of Appeal struck off the appeal on 31 January 2011.
2) Shaari b Haji Md Nor (S/174)
Suspended for 12 months by Order dated 20 November 2010, which is to expire on 11 December 2011. Appeal to the High Court dismissed with no order as to costs on 1 July 2011. On 2 August 2011, application for a re-hearing against the High Court decision dated 1 July 2011 was dismissed by the High Court.
3) Rajasekaran a/l R Thiyagarajan (R/294)
Reprimand Order issued by the DB on 20 November 2010. Appeal allowed with costs on 26 August 2011.
4) Joseph a/l Sebestian (J/171)
BC initiated proceeding under S.88A. High Court granted Order in Terms on 4 March 2011. Appeal to set aside the suspension Order dated 4 March 2011 dismissed on 23 June 2011. Appeal to Federal Court dismissed on 23 August 2011.
