By ASDB Order dated 20 November 2010 the Respondent of No. 19, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah Utara, Taman Ipoh Selatan, 31400 Ipoh, Perak was ordered to be struck off the Roll of Advocates and Solicitors of the High Court of Malaya effective 21 days from 20 November 2010 and to refund the stakeholding sum of RM484,682.00 to the Complainant for misconduct under S.94(3)(c) of the Legal Profession Act 1976 in that he breached his stakeholder’s duty by failing to return the sum of RM484,682.00 to the Complainant when demanded.
