The firm has been established since January 2003 and is now managing by three (3) of its partners. The strength and/or the specialization of the firm is mainly in the area of Industrial or Employment Law where the principal partner En Mahadi Muhammad has appeared regularly in the Industrial Court and the High Court for various matters pertaining to industrial or employment disputes. The disputes are ranging from issues on unfair dismissal, misconducts, poor-performance, collective agreements, non-compliance of awards, probationer, retrenchment, constructive dismissal, forced resignation etc. The firm is also rendering other legal services in areas like criminal and civil litigation and property or conveyancing works.
