Kindly be informed that the Exchange has introduced the revamped Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the MESDAQ Market ("revamped MMLR") as part of its efforts to enhance the regulatory framework for companies listed on the MESDAQ Market. Please find enclosed for your attention a letter from the Exchange dated 10th May 2006 in relation thereto.

This is the first major revamp of the MMLR since the MMLR was issued in 1997. The revamped MMLR (which includes the revamped Guidance Notes) is now comprised in a new manual.

The revamped MMLR and a set of Questions and Answers are available for reference on the web site of Bursa Malaysia at http://www.bursamalaysia.com.
