Re:Legal Career Fair 2009 - 2011/01/12 10:33Is it possible for legal career fair to go online throughout the year ?
The atmosphere, is only a portion of the purpose of setting a career fair.
Fairness and equality is the priority.
Since places are limited, my suggestion is for online application to be scrutinized by the organiser and a feeedback response just like estamping where we have a trach record to keep progress of an interview conducted.
In that way, unsuccessful candidate will know where their weaknesses are and can harness and strengthen those areas they lacked to improve themselves for the oncoming interviews in future.
