Tickets sale going fast - 2007/06/28 23:39 Dear members,

The West Coast Charity nite would be well attended. As of 9pm 28th June 2007, these are the tickets sales figures :-

1. Ipoh - more than 75 tickets
2. KL - at least 400 tickets
3. Melaka - more than 120 tickets
4. Johor - more than 200 sold

In total, more than 800 tickets are already sold for the West Coast Charity Nites. The target now is to sell 1000 tickets. Even before achieving that magical 1000 figure, the current figure is already an awesome amount.

No Young Lawyer activity has manage to raise these kind of numbers before.

However, the numbers of attendee aside, the paramount issue is STILL collecting funds for the charitable organisation supported by each Charity Nite. THAT is still the main purpose of the event. Of course, the more tickets sold, the more money YLC can collect for the community.

Please offer your support to these organisations:-

Ipoh - Good Shepherd Home

KL - 1. Sri Senbagavali Home for unfortunate children
2. "Touch Kidney Dialysis Centre"

Melaka - Rumah Kanak-kanak Terencat Akal Bahagia

Johor - Chesire Home

See you at the West Coast Charity Nite!

Re:Tickets sale going fast - 2007/06/29 00:51 Thanks to everyone for purchasing the tickets in support of the various state editions of West Coast Charity Nite. For the KL Charity Nite, it has been incrediby heart warming to see the outpouring of support for the KL Bar Idol Finals & the Charity Nite.

Aside from the purchase of tickets, the sales of which has crossed the 400 barrier already, so many law firms have been supportive in donating monies in kind.

To those who haven't purchased your KL Charity Nite ticket, grab them from the KL Bar Secretariat, or you can get them at the door as well. But do come early, there is normally a long queue of people buying tickets last minute.
