Advocacy in Arbitration Workshop (4-6 Feb 2010) - 2010/01/28 17:44Dear All,
The KL Bar Professional Development Commiteee and the Bar Council PSDC is organising a 3 day workshop from 4 February 2010- 6 February 2010 on Advocacy in Arbitration proceedings. Those starting an arbitration practice or intending to start an arbitration practice would find this Workshop very useful. The Workshop will be conducted by Barristers from the Lamb Chambers, Middle Temple, UK.
The Workshop is also designed to give participants step-by-step training on how to conduct and complete an arbitration proceeding. It is specially tailored for members of the Bar with 0-5 years post qualifying experience and pupils in chambers who have a keen interest in arbitration.
Much effort has been made to bring them in and I hope that someone of you would be able to attend.
The cost for the 3 day workshop is as follows: RM750 (Members) RM550 (Pupils) RM850 (Non Members)
