Small Estates (Distribution)(Amendment) Act 2008 - 2008/05/14 10:29We know that under the Small Estates (Distribution)(Amend) Act 2008, the value of a "small estate" is increased from RM600,000 to RM2 million.
May someone please tell me whether the Amendment has come into force, if so, when?

Re:Small Estates (Distribution)(Amendment) Act 2008 - 2009/09/12 15:54Please note that the amendment has been enforced and take effects from 1/9/2009. As such, the value of a "small estate" is increased from RM600,000 to RM2 million.
