<title>We need to abide by the truth.</title>

<description>We love you more, Ms Tan, even though you were unreasonably and unnecessarily made to suffer a 'fright of your life'. It is indeed an unforgetable moment of your life.

Who wouldn't be frightened? ... at the very thought of &quot;ISA&quot;, even without its actual imposition?

However, we sincerely hope that the experience will not scare you for life, nor change you to be a 'biased' and 'curved' writer.

So, please continue to adhere to the truth while writing. This is because Justice relies upon &quot; The truth&quot;. Without truth, there can be NO JUSTICE.

<title>ISA can be abused and should be repealed !</title>
			<link>http://www.malaysianbar.org.my/legal/general_news/sin_chew_reporter_released.html#pc_7893</link>
<description>The reporter should not have been arrested in the first place. This clearly shows that ISA can be abused and should be repealed.

Whoever is advising Pak Lah is surely making a mess out of everything from the last general election strategy, the fuel price increase, the handling of Anwar and now the ISA arrests.

Everything done by the present administration since the last GE has only alienated the rakyat further.

This administration is the author of its own misfortune and I believe we shall be seeing a new PM sooner than later.Whether its Anwar or Najib is left to be seen but I can’t imagine Pak Lah continuing for much longer.

<title>FREE THE DUO OR FACE THE WRATH ...!</title>
			<link>http://www.malaysianbar.org.my/legal/general_news/sin_chew_reporter_released.html#pc_7891</link>
<description>Thank God that sanity has prevailed.

Tan Hoon Cheng did no wrong. Her liberty should not have been curtailed, even for one second. In God's name, I now challenge those who ordered the use of the Internal Security Act to extend by just one minute the life of their loved ones when the call comes.

If they cannot do this, then I appeal to all politicians of all shades and colours to stand as one and repeal that Act forthwith.

Teresa Kok did no wrong. Raja Petra did no wrong. All three loved this country just as we loved it, if not more. Why should they be subjected to the ISA. My friends and I do not see them as a threat to national security.

Free the duo or face the wrath of the Divine!

The problem with the ISA is that the existence of such a liberty-denying piece of legislation tempts politicians to use it, to actually misuse or abuse it.

It is time that we repeal such a Act whose very use, abuse and misuse have marred the political development of this country.
