			<description>In Singapore, a man need not be proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt. Even though acquitted, he can still be &quot;factually guilty&quot;. How does the accused then prove he is not factually guilty? Does he prove his innocence beyond reasonable doubt? Like what the Singaporeans will say, &quot;Walaueh!&quot;
