<title>Malaysians need more of the necessary.</title>
			<link>http://www.malaysianbar.org.my/bar_news/berita_badan_peguam/penjelasan_presiden_badan_peguam_malaysia.html#pc_7422</link>
			<description>You have done the necessary.

Thank you, Dato' Ambiga, for taking the further trouble in doing the necessary in defending rights, and upholding truth and justice. This is what Malaysians need, and more of it! You have acted fairly.

It is indeed time for us lawyers to say 'bye-bye' to the newspaper that lacks 'straight fights'. Therefore, they are biased and curved in their opinions. We need to list out their editors, one by one; and for the 'products' that they sell, we certainly need to live without being accompanied by their unrighteousness, nor their presence around us.

Lest we be indoctrinated by them, we certainly need to stay clear of them, and probably cause them to get themselves out of the news-stands as well.

To stay with them around us means living a life that is worse than having to live with 'the non-virgin woman as a wife' - as of the olden days, and whose life is now made out to be so full of 'dirty' stories which neither my sisters nor myself have ever heard of - now or before, to have been told by our mother or grandmothers. However, stories being what stories are meant to be, they need to be, of course, tantalisingly made, and created by egoistic men! This is probably also what Utusan had tried.

We need to really thank God that we have so many DIVORCE LAWYERS around us these days who can always settle amicably all the grievances of disputing spouses - so that non is 'tortured' in any manner whatsoever.

Also, thank God for Rice, the SECRETARY OF STATE OF the US, that she has been so necessarily 'deposited into the world' - and be allowed to prove to the world that there is plenty more in a lady than the mere WOMAN that some egoistic men will or can ever see of the female, and of the 'lady' in her. This is besides the horrible fact that they at the same time, shamelessly forget who had borne them the kids that they are now so proud of, although not of her!

			<title>MANA H.I.T.O. DAH PERGI?</title>

			<description>Well done, Ambiga, well done.

We Malaysians must also thank the Almighty that we are in the cyber age. With that, we also thank the Almighty that mainstream newspapers no longer hold the sway over the rakyat jelata they once enjoyed.

The basic tenets of journalism - honesty, integrity, truth and objectivity or HITO for short - appear to have been honoured more in the breach than the observance.

It is all right for any newspaper to be a campaigning newspaper but once they lose HITO, they lose their credibility. Credibility to any self-respecting newspaper, as I told my first editor-in-chief, the late George Wilson de Souza, is akin to the virginity of a maiden in the East.

I do not know how much that maiden head is prized today, but it was certainly very much prized when I was a bachelor back in the 1960s! Back then, if one marries a non-virgin, we send the girl back in utter shame to the family together with a pig's head with the snout cut off!

			<link>http://www.malaysianbar.org.my/bar_news/berita_badan_peguam/penjelasan_presiden_badan_peguam_malaysia.html#pc_7413</link>

			<link>http://www.malaysianbar.org.my/bar_news/berita_badan_peguam/penjelasan_presiden_badan_peguam_malaysia.html#pc_7412</link>

			<title>TIME TO FIGHT BACK</title>
			<link>http://www.malaysianbar.org.my/bar_news/berita_badan_peguam/penjelasan_presiden_badan_peguam_malaysia.html#pc_7409</link>
<description>The rightist under the &quot;naungan&quot; of the power that be, will not spare any opportunity to light the fire of racism, religious fanaticism, separatism, fear, in order to cling to their status quo.

These people have been &quot;bermaharajalela&quot; in all institutions and spheres of Malaysian life for a long long time. It is time we right-thinking citizens fight back and expose them.

Well done, Dato' Ambiga.

			<title>FAIR AND DIGNIFIED RESPONSE, AMBIGA</title>
			<link>http://www.malaysianbar.org.my/bar_news/berita_badan_peguam/penjelasan_presiden_badan_peguam_malaysia.html#pc_7406</link>
<description>I must say, &quot;Well done&quot; to the President. This is a fair and dignified response to Utusan Malaysia. It clearly sets out the position of the Malaysian Bar. At the same time it shows we are not prepared to sit back and just allow attacks on our integrity.

It is a pity we have to do this time and time again but that is a small price for standing up for Liberty and Justice.
