I really can't comprehend what Razak Baginda's lawyer Wong Kian Keong's statement means when he says it would "open the floodgates" - why is he worried about public policy argument - his utmost concern should be for his client. After all isn't it a chance to question the prosecution's witness Bala again? Or are they satisfied with Bala's testimony? Whose interest are they acting for?
