It is actually entitled 'Deserve Before You Desire' by Gopalakrishnan, Chairman of the company Tata Sons Ltd. The article struck a chord with me. I personally know of many young lawyers, whether in Malaysia or other jurisdictions, who wish to switch firms, or switch jobs and leave the profession altogether.
