			<title>ROMANCE OF THE THREE KINGDOMS</title>
			<link>http://www.malaysianbar.org.my/general_opinions/comments/a_master_move_hsu_dar_ren.html#pc_9613</link>
<description>Anyone familiar with the Chinese war story of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms would not find this surprising at all.

It is the duty now of the Central Committee(CC) to move on.

There is no necessity for the CC to resign.

The CC can be compared with the Court of Appeal. When the Federal Court overrules the decision of the Court of Appeal, the Federal Court never demands the resignation of the Court of Appeal. The delegates never say that the CC must resign.

As trustees for the delegates the CC must now take immediate steps to implement the decision of the delegates in accordance with the party constitution.
