The non-monetary considerations.

Even if MBPJ keeps mum, the relevant questions which require immediate answers are:

1. What is the name of the specific Councillor in charge of Section 19? Of what function is this specific Councillor if he or she cannot answer the following questions?

2. Is he or she in the position to reveal more information regarding the development or redevelopment of the JAYA SUPERMARKET?

3. What had been approved by MBPJ FOR THE JAYA SUPERMARKET TO EXTEND OR RENOVATE ABOUT?

4. On the main road end of the building, there seems to be additional multiple storeys which have already been added on. Are these new additions? If so, how many more storeys?

5. In view of the collapse of the old structures, will these new additions be safe to be allowed to continue standing on the old structures the other end of which have collapsed?

6. What is important at this juncture is to determine the safety of the building itself: for now and in the future, and also, the safety of the surrounding buildings in the nearby areas - as to who would be responsible if the building should collapse onto them, now been disregarded by all.
