The function of the government is to govern and ensure the happiness of the people/citizens of Malaysia and it is not the business of the government to be too busy with doing business. Who knows who gains from this outlay of 5 billion Malaysian Ringgit into the share market? Our government has got to be sincerely good for the people at large; and there has to be transparency!
