			<title>Illegally Landed Situations</title>
			<link>http://www.malaysianbar.org.my/conveyancing_practice/land_scams_on_the_rise.html#pc_5336</link>
<description>&lt;p align=&quot;justify&quot;&gt;It is a national 'shame' that such fraudulent land transfers be allowed to perpetuate, and to enable the greedy folks to be allowed to continuously enrich themselves without any hindrance whatsoever!

If illegally transferred properties can come by so easily, then why should anyone work so hard at all?

If attempts to retrieve records of ownership of land or landed properties at the Land Office proves unsuccessful at any time, then this very Government Department is inefficient or has something to 'hide'.

The Departmental Heads need to be interviewed regarding this allegation - by our established conveyancing lawyers and be properly advised as to how to improve their recording systems and to prevent such happenings.

In analysis, probably our National Land Registration System has failed - on account of its providing too much 'clarity' to the unwanted parties.
