The Malaysian Bar is proud of the public service made on behalf of the entire Bar at great sacrifice to yourselves. It must be remembered that you guys exposed yourselves to all the dangers that the demonstrators faced. Must give thanks to the Lord that you guys came through virtually unhurt, except for the effects of the tear gas and chemical-laced water the use of which, I agree, is totally unwarranted.
