THANKS, LOK TIAN!

My dear Lok Tian

Thank you. I have not had the time to go through so many of our circulars.

I must congratulate the Bar Council for taking this initiative. At least, we lawyers will then not complain that we are alienated from the Bar Council. If any such complaints should surface, then it will have no basis.

God bless our country.

BETTER THAN METAPHORICAL WHEEL FOUND?

My dear Wai Loon

The records may be wrong, you know. Remember there was no record of the Mongolian beauties coming into Malaysia. At least that was what was testified in Court. Significantly, it was not challenged.

So we must rely on what the CJ says, until proven otherwise. After all, the CJ is not an ordinary person, but a highly paid judicial officer of the land.

Lok Tian

Where did you get the impression that the Bar Council is conducting a survey? Mana dia?

... and fellow lawyers

We now have the powers-that-be, however transcient their hold onto power, telling us that we are going for a hybrid system. It seems that the present system is not good enough. Maybe, they have found something better than the metaphorical wheel.

So near yet so far...

Finally we have the formal records of the Court to 'prove the allegations' to the CJ.

What we need the next is another black & white to reveal who that particular judge is, I am sure that is not difficult at all but just a matter of time for the shield to totally collapse, then the identity of the judge will be nakedly exposed to the public.

Just wonder once the name is out, how would the CJ react to 'ensure justice is served'...

Show The Proof

Since the CJ has disputed the allegation that he has promoted judicial officers that have not written their judgments, it is best that the proof (if indeed the allegation is true) be forwarded to him. Glad to note that the Bar Council is already doing a survey on this.

By the way, Alex, it is not that difficult to find out which Federal Court Judge was sitting in the Seremban High Court few years ago.
