International Advocates for Children (IAC), a non-profit organisation, whose mission is to vigorously advocate for human rights of orphaned and abandoned children worldwide, would like to extend and invitation to you to attend the second World Conference on Children without Parental Care.

According to the Convention of the Rights of the Child, we, as a global community, have to provide assistance to one of the largest and most disadvantaged categories of the world population - children without parental care.

This conference, meant for Government Decision-makers and Relevant International NGO’s, will provide an open forum for communication and will identify new approaches and model practical solutions.

The conference, hosted by IAC and the University of Massachusetts Medical School (Centre for Adoption Research), will bring together experts from a variety of fields, such as Law, Human Rights, Decision Science and Information Technology.

Opening speaker will be Mr Jakob Doek, Chairman United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child.
