The Bar Council, the Society of Construction Law and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Malaysia) will be holding a talk entitled 'Delays and Disruptions' on 9 May 2005. The speakers at the talk will be John Marrin QC, Nick Powell and Wilfred Abraham. The sessions will be chaired by Wilfred Abraham and David Cheah.
