The Bar Council, in conjunction with the College of Law Alliance, is organising the following Advocacy courses:

Witness Statements - Preparation, Objections, Cross-Examination*

(*Please note that the course on Witness Statements is designed for participants who already have some court experience.)

The courses will be led by a team comprising leading Malaysian advocates and two Australian litigation trainers from the College of Law Alliance. Active participation in the discussions, preparations and mock trials will be required. Performances will be videotaped for immediate feedback.
