Transparency International Malaysia and the Bar Council will be hosting the official launch of the aforesaid report. This will also be held simultaneously in other parts of the world.
Judicial corruption blocks access to justice, hampers economic development, erodes human rights and undermines trust in the institutions of justice, denying victims and the accused the basic human right to a fair and impartial trial, sometimes even to the extent of having no effective trial at all.
As both organizations continue our efforts towards the achievement of a socially just and equitable society within a sustainable plural democracy that is free of corruption, we invite you to join us at the launch.

After the launch, there will be a panel discussion and dialogue regarding issues addressed in the report. Tan Sri Ramon Navaratnam (President, Transparency International Malaysia), Ambiga Sreenevasan (President, Bar Council) and Andrew Khoo (Deputy Chairperson, Human Rights Committee) are the panelists.
