 The Bar Council Malaysia Professional Standards and Development Committee (PSDC) is organizing a seminar on Gated Communities and Strata Titles by Ms. Y.P. Cheong.
Ms. Y.P. Cheong specializes in conveyancing, intellectual property, corporate and labour law. She has trained many lawyers, bankers, developers, chambering students and staff to work independently in conveyancing matters including Sale And Purchase, Loan Documentation and Practical and legal issues of Housing Development (Control & Licensing) Act ("HD Act"), Schedules G, H, I &J; impact of Section 22D of HD Act; latest amendments to HD Act and Strata Titles Act, new Building & Common Property (Maintenance & Management) Act 2007 (interpretation and problems). She has conducted many and still continues to conduct "Practical Conveyancing Skills Seminar - Conveyancing with Confidence, Be a Better Conveyancer" as well as for LexisNexis and in-house training for developers all of which have received overwhelming response and reviews.
