The programme which ran from 11 January to 5 March, is for representatives from the national bar associations from selected countries within the Commonwealth to learn about the representation and regulation of the solicitors' profession in England and Wales.
Andrew Khoo is a member of the Bar Council of Malaysia, the governing body for the 13,000 practicing advocates and solicitors the country. He is also a partner of a law firm which he established in February 2001.
