The Malaysian team has been training for a while for the cross country event. Running across the iconic MacRitchie Reservoir in Singapore, we ran as fast and as hard as we could, but alas, the Singaporean runners proved to be too strong!
Reflecting on the running culture of Singapore, where many lawyers run to keep fit, the Singaporean team not only outnumbered the Malaysian team, but they also outpaced us.
However, the Malaysian team pushed the team across the causeway all the way, and perhaps next year, we will finally outrun the Lions of the South!
The overall results for the Singaporean team for cross country are:

Time of run

13:41
